Hi, I’m Natalie - an Executive Virtual Support Specialist & Founder of The Executives Suite.

After landing my first admin job at the Ministry of Defence (my Dad was in the Armed Forces), I spent 11 years there working my way up to Personal Assistant a retired officer. Cue moving to Asia for my husband’s job, and I took a role in Hong Kong working as Personal Assistant to the CFO of a global premium schools organisation. When me and my husband eventually returned to the UK after a stint in Germany, I took a hiatus to study for a Science Degree, and unfortunately found myself being diagnosed with cancer for the third time…

Meet the Founder

Coming out of radiotherapy towards the end of 2021, I realised I needed to do something for myself. Something that utilised my years of experience (both work and life) with my passion for helping people. Something that gave me time to focus on the things that matter most - and doing the same for my clients. And so, my virtual assistant journey began.

The Executives Suite combines my high-level, supportive, corporate knowledge with my warmth and zest for life. Do you want something doing last minute? It’s done. Feeling stressed? Offload it.
