Am I locked into a contract?
FAQs
We require a minimum term of 3 months to enable us to provide the best possible service for you, and from there we can tailor a package to suit your needs. You will either select the Executive retainer or the Elitist retainer, which will be a recurring set amount per month, regardless of the hours used.
How do you track the time I’ve used?
We use a handy tool called FreeAgent to track our time accurately. A list of tasks can be presented to you along with your invoice if required.
What happens if I don’t use all my hours?
All hours expire on the last day of each month and you’re not able to carry any hours over so make sure you make the most of us and hand over all those pesky tasks!
What are our working hours?
You can get hold of us between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. We aim to respond to new enquiries within 48 hours. Clients already on a retainer will have a response within 24 hours.
